B2B Marketing Manager

Location: New York

The Marketing Automation/B2B Manager will be responsible to manage and direct the rollout of new product lines to sales and service team and on the site, marketing and sales messaging and materials to all existing clients, employees and prospective clients (to be issued via SalesForce and/or Marketo). Communicate all planned promotions, and product pushes to the client service and sales teams regularly in meetings, and via SalesForce. Develop and rollout talking points and scripts to assist in promoting the program benefits, new product lines, special promotions, incentives and rewards cards, and limited time offers. Manage and direct all subscriber acquisition and referral programs.

Essential Functions

  • Support the sales and client service teams in meeting their respective goals and in executing the campaigns
  • Responsible to increase engagement and revenue from existing and new clients
  • Manage and direct the rollout new product lines; marketing messaging and materials via SalesForce/Marketo, site placements and talking points
  • Manage the UI/ UX for client acquisition (B2B) and program support
  • Direct all efforts in support of trade shows including pre-show communication, on site presence, materials, events and post-show activity to assure goals are met
  • Support the sales team with scripts, e-mail content, materials, product information and onboarding materials, support and promotions to increase early adoption and program use
  • Execute all new member acquisition programs including sweepstakes
  • Develop monthly campaigns in support of the top supplier partners and seasonal sales including Cirque Big Top, Universal Orlando, Cedar Fair, and Walt Disney World
  • Maintain and ensure all sales collateral is up to date in active market

Qualifications

  • SalesForce experience and or a similar marketing automation tool is a must – preferably Marketo or Pardot
  • 7+ years marketing experience - B2B and B2C
  • Prior work experience within the benefits, health and or recruiting space
  • Experience supporting a sales and service team
  • Experience in marketing for hospitality, entertainment or travel
  • Proven results increasing brand/product awareness, sales revenue and acquisition
