The Lead Coordinator will be responsible to lead and direct the department in the absence of the Fulfillment Manager. The Lead will assist with all aspects of ticketing ordering and inventory, customer service, and account maintenance. He/she is responsible for providing outstanding service to all guests, and provides leadership and direction to the fulfillment team.
Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory
Responsible for the timely and accurate fulfillment of guest orders
Responsible for accurate and secure cash handling
Supervise Shipping & Delivery Staff to ensure timely and accurate package delivery
Must be willing to work shift work when needed
Work across departments to insure and maintain communications
Responds to and manages void/cancellation requests of tickets
Ensure that all vendor management systems are functioning properly
Must be a confident, energetic leader who will function as a key member of our leadership staff.
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft applications and the Internet
High energy, ability to remain focused on goals, working independently
Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral in a professional manner
Ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have strong organizational skills
Previous leadership experience preferred
Previous fulfillment or inventory control experience preferred
